Video Games and Nudity

I can't figure this one out. Now whole countries are banning "Grand Theft Auto" because of the "Easter eggs" that let people see the characters naked.
So, what we're saying is, we don't mind stealing imaginary cars, blowing up imaginary people on the street and making imaginary drug deals, but imaginary nudity is over the top?
Not saying we should be promoting this, but it seems to show something weird about our priorities.
Maybe what confuses me more is that Sen. Hillary Clinton is driving this bus to get rid of the game. This is the same Hillary who wanted the painting of the Virgin Mary drenched in elephant poop left alone?
